- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been with State Farm for many years, and in the past few I've noticed my agent's customer service was taking a serious nose dive. My family had noticed the same. Customer service is key and very much valued in this type of business, least in my opinion. I called RB Brown in Frankfort and Erin answered. What a gem she is, she's personable, very knowledgable and highly efficient. I was so impressed with her customer service I switched my policy that same day.
